  • Financial security

    We operate a 40% commission structure also meaning even when your on holiday you wont drop pay!

    we take a average of your last 6 weeks takings making this super secure and consistent for you.

    The fact - you will never earn less than minimum wage (£12.26 April 2025)

  • Investment into training

    All training courses are fully funded by the salon.

    We do ask you to sign a training contract when undergoing training with us due to the investment made.

  • Love social media?

    No pressure approach- although all platforms are fully managed for you we do encourage you to grow your personal brand and work portfolio as this helps your future clients get to know you before arriving in your chair!
